Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
DateRadar is a dating app for adults in the United States: nearby profiles, matches, chat, and live. Contact: soporte@dateradar.online.
2. Data we collect
- Account — name, email, password (stored as a hash, not in plain text), birth year, gender, who you are looking for, bio, city, and photo.
- Google or Apple sign-in — if you use them, we receive the email and name those services send. We do not get your password from Google or Apple.
- Location — if you allow GPS, we save it once on your account to sort people nearby. Other users only see your city, never your exact point or street.
- Activity — likes, passes, matches, messages, live status, gifts, and point purchases.
- Technical — session cookie, language, and normal server logs (errors, time) to keep the service running.
3. How we use it
- Show your profile on the radar to other adults who match the filters.
- Create matches and chat when both people like each other.
- Show live rooms and paid gifts.
- Protect the platform (spam, abuse, underage accounts).
We do not sell your data. We do not show your email, exact GPS, or password to other users. Profiles are marked noindex so they are not meant to appear in Google.
4. Who else can see something
- Other users see your name, age, city, photo, bio, and whether you are live.
- Hosting (Render) stores the database and photos on our disk.
- Google or Apple only if you choose that login.
- Stripe, if you buy points or a gift. Stripe processes the payment. We receive confirmation, amount, and a session id — not your full card number.
5. Cookies
We only use cookies needed to run DateRadar (session, language, age confirmation, short OAuth state). No advertising trackers. Details: Cookies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your account until you delete it or we close it for breaking the rules. You can delete your account from Profile. That removes your profile, photo, matches, and messages we have.
7. Age
DateRadar is only for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly keep accounts of minors. If we learn an account is under 18, we delete it.
8. Payments
Unlocks, point packs, and live gifts are real charges via Stripe. We store pack, amount, status, and Stripe session id on your account. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to data you enter on checkout.stripe.com. Details and refunds: Terms.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the update.
