Terms of service
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using DateRadar you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community rules. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
DateRadar is a dating app: you see people nearby, like or pass, match, chat, and optionally go live. We are a platform. We are not a party to what users do in person.
3. Age
You must be 18 or older. No accounts for minors. Fake age or impersonation is grounds for immediate removal.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for your photo, bio, messages, and live.
- Use a real photo of yourself. Do not steal someone else’s image.
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete the account from Profile.
5. Location
If you allow GPS, we save it once to sort the radar. We do not ask again on every screen. You can update it with “Near me.” Other people only see your city.
6. Live, points, gifts, and payments
Going live is optional. Viewers can send gifts. Payments are processed by Stripe (card or USDC if Stripe offers it). DateRadar never stores your card number.
- Chat unlock: 1 point opens chat with that person. Packs: 1 point $4.99 · 5 points $19.99 · 15 points $49.99.
- Gifts: paid with points (rose/heart/star = 1 point, diamond = 2) or charged at the listed USD price if you have no points.
- Share unlock: once per day you can share DateRadar and unlock one chat for free.
- Refunds: unused points within 48 hours — email soporte@dateradar.online. Unlocks and gifts already delivered are not refunded except our error or a duplicate charge.
7. Meetings and safety
If you meet someone from DateRadar, you do it at your own risk. Meet in public, tell a friend, and leave if you feel unsafe. We do not run background checks and we do not guarantee that a profile is who they say they are.
8. What we may do
We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms or the rules, with or without notice if needed. We may change or pause the service.
9. “As is”
DateRadar is provided as is. We do not guarantee matches, dates, uptime, or that live or chat will always work. We are not liable for user conduct off the app.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Using DateRadar after a change means you accept the new terms.
